VIRGINIA: General District Court Jurisdiction Increased To $25,000
Effective July 1, 2011, pursuant to Virginia Code §8.01-195.4, the Virginia General District Courts shall have jurisdiction over claims which do not exceed $25,000, exclusive of interest and any attorneys’ fees.
