MARYLAND: Maryland’s Minimum Liability Limits Have Increased to $30,000

Effective January 1, 2011 ,Md. Code Ann., Transp., §17-103 provides that all vehicle liability policies issued, delivered, or renewed in Maryland must provide liability coverage of $30,000/$60,000/$15,000, in addition to interest and costs.
